STOP Save Hong Kong's Cats and Dogs was formed in 1990 as Hong Kong No Kill City Forum to advocate for the welfare of animals. Since we've formed, we have been in talks with legislature and government bodies to enact Trap Neuter and Release, the only effective way to reduce stray populations in a humane manner.

Our other initiatives include the annual Desexathon, encouraging responsible pet owners to desex their pets and fundraising activities like Woofstock and Safe Sex for Pets.

We have also driven educational and marketing messages for Adopt Don't Shop, and continuously work with other animal groups (SAA, AFA, SPCA, and others) for the further betterment of Hong Kong's animals.
